When setting up the email sync plugin within Juvo, have you double checked the details and still getting an error?
This could be due to having a two factor authentication turned on for your email provider.
With Microsoft Office 365 of exchange - if you have two factor authentication turned on. You will need to create an app password https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/manage-app-passwords-for-two-step-verification-d6dc8c6d-4bf7-4851-ad95-6d07799387e9
