1) Lettings & Tenancies
2) Landlord payments overdue
3) View all landlord payments due for all tenancies
4) Click the money icon
5) View the total amount due to the landlord for that tenancy, minus any disbursements or management fee. As well as any past payments made to the landlord.
6) New Payment - record payments made to the landlord.
7) Complete form & Save
8) The payment will then be added to the payments made to the landlord and the total due to the landlord amount will be updated.
