Juvo does not charge you to use WhatsApp business within your Juvo account, however please note WhatsApp may incur charges based on usage.
We highly recommend using a new phone number for the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) - as it must be used exclusively for WhatsApp Business Platform (API). The process of associating a phone number to the WhatsApp Business Platform blocks that number from being used for regular WhatsApp account.

5. Fill in your business information by selecting your WhatsApp business account or create your WhatsApp business account.
6. Once your WhatsApp integration is set up. Edit a client and click on the WhatsApp logo to start a conversation. Click on the template button to start a conversation with your client. Once your client has replied back to one of your templated messages, you have 24 hours to reply back to your client using free type.
