If you are experiencing a blank screen on Juvo, please follow the steps below:
1) Complete a force refresh -
For a MAC computer press - COMMAND & SHIFT & R
For a Windows computer press - CTRL & F5
Repeat twice.
If this has not yet solved the issue, complete the next step.
2) Log out of Juvo and restart your computer. Log back into Juvo.
If this has not yet solved the issue, complete the next step.
3) Clear cache on your google chrome browser -
- Press Ctrl+H, another page will open with the list of your browsing history.
- On the left side of the page you will see Clear Browsing Data, click it
- Pop-up window will show and go to the Advanced Tab
- Select on the dropdown - Last 24 hrs
- Put a check mark on all tick boxes EXCEPT -- Passwords and Auto fill Form
- Click delete.
Log back into Juvo.
