When uploading properties to the portals, some fields are required to be completed as set by the portals. If there is an error being generated when pressing the Add/Update button, this means that one of the fields have not been completed.
Please check through the details page to ensure all information has been entered. As well as making sure that both the summary & description have also been added from the Description tab.

Once these fields have been completed. Press Save & then Add/Update for that portal and the property will successfully be sent.
