Within your Juvo account you will receive 1000 email credits per month at no additional charge.
If you you use more than 1000 emails per month, you can purchase additional credits as and when needed. View the emails you have left by viewing the figure next to the envelope icon at the top of your Juvo account. Any emails above this amount can be purchased in bundles directly from your Juvo account.
1) Email credits can be purchased using the envelope icon at the top of your Juvo account.
2) Click on the envelope icon.
3) From here you can select additional Email bundles if needed, select the required bundle from the dropdown. Then press Submit.
This credit amount will be billed to the card we have on record for you. To keep an owe of the amount of Email credits you have left, check the balance at the top of your Juvo screen. Once you start sending Emails these will be deducted from the amount.
