If you are receiving an error when trying to upload your properties to a realtime portal, fear not the Juvo team are here to help!
When uploading a property to the portals, the portals have certain criteria for the data they need whether it is a sales, lettings or commercial property.
Therefore if you are receiving an error, it could be you have mis-entered some details on the property. Check through the property details form, double checking all information has been entered correctly.
For example, you have added a lettings property. However selected the Price Label as 'Fixed Price'. This price label can only be used for sales properties, therefore this would need to be changed to weekly, monthly, annually, quarterly, 4 weekly or per person per week.
