SMS credits cost 4p to UK mobiles. Texts sent to other countries vary in price, therefore for costs of texts to other countries please speak with us through Support. View the SMS credit you have left by viewing the figure next to the mobile icon at the top of your Juvo account.
1) SMS credits can be purchased using the message icon at the top of your Juvo account.
2) Click on the message icon. From here you can select the SMS credit bundle you would like to purchase and apply to your account.
3) Then press Submit.
This credit amount will be billed to the card we have on record for you. To keep an eye on the amount of SMS credit you have left, check the balance at the top of your Juvo screen. Once you start sending SMS these will be deducted from the amount.
