If the disbursement is not showing the landlord statement or landlord invoice you have created, follow the steps below to find out why:
1) If you have created a landlord statement and the disbursement you have added on the tenancy is not showing - this will be due to the date range used to create the landlord statement.
2) Check the date of the disbursement. E.g. the disbursement date in this case is 07/01/2020
3) Check that the date of the disbursement is included in the date range used for the landlord statement. E.g. the date range used for the landlord statement was 07/12/2019 - 06/01/2020.
4)The reason the landlord statement is not showing the disbursement is because there was no disbursements during this time frame. Alter the date range to include the date of the disbursement. In this case the 07/01/2020.
5) Download the new statement using the downwards arrow icon.
This landlord statement now shows the deduction for the disbursement.
