If there are no rental payments showing on the landlord statement or landlord invoice, follow the steps below to find out why:
1) If you have created a landlord statement and there are no rental payment showing as received, this will be due to the date range used to create the landlord statement.
2) Check when the rent was paid from the tenant. E.g. the last amount paid towards rent was on the 10/01/2020.
3) Check that this date is included in the date range used to create the landlord statement. E.g. the date range used was 10/12/2019 - 09/01/2020.
4) The reason the landlord statement is not showing any rent paid is because there was no rent paid in this time frame. Alter the date range to include the date the rent was paid. In this case the 10/01/2020.
5) Download the new statement using the downwards arrow icon.
This landlord statement now shows the payment made from the tenant towards their rent.
