If you are wondering why your EPC is not uploading against the property, we are here to help.
EPC's can be created in both PDF and image formats eg Jpeg or Png.
1) Check the file format of your EPC.
If the EPC is a pdf it should be uploaded in the Images section as a Brochure.
If the EPC is an image format, it should be uploaded in the Images section as an EPC.
